How to join the Ferrari Rush competition

1. To participate in this contest all you need to do is to make a deposit into your Luck3 Account (any whole number), this deposit puts you, the player, into the running for the win of Ferrari Laptop.



2. For example, if a player wants to offer a unique minimum deposit for Luck3 Ferrari Laptop - X, he should make a deposit of X$.



3. In response to the made deposit player receives an e-mail with the result.



4. Your deposit can be considered unique, if non of other participates offered the same price for the Ferrari Laptop.



5. The winner will be declared at the end of the contest and will be determined automatically.



6. The winner will be declared in the beginning of each month.

Obtaining prize conditions

1. Luck3 representatives will contact the winner within 3 working days after the end of the competition by the phone number, specified in registration data on Luck3.com website.



2. If the representative of Luck3 Online Casino can't contact the Winner by unknown reasons during 3 working days (for example subscriber doesn't answer calls, is kept out zone, phone number is blocked, etc.), then the player loses the status of the Winner. In that case the player, who made the next unique minimal deposit, becomes the next Winner.



3. The winner must confirm his desire to receive a prize and to provide the following information by fax or email within 7 days from the time he had been informed of the winning:


• GSM phone number;
• Passport details;
• Habitual residence.


4. Luck3 will be responsible for the prize delivery if the winner will provide Luck3 with all the necessary information within 7 days from the time he had been informed of the winning.



5. Ferrari Laptop will be delivered to the winner by "TNT" courier service.



6. The Winner should handle by himself all tax matters for the price.



7. Ferrari Laptop is not given in monetary terms, is not returned and not exchangeable. Luck3 reserves the right to offer an alternative prize of the same name and similar values*. If for unknown reasons the prize has not found a recipient, then it remains at Luck3, and further can be used at its discretion.



8. In case of infraction of regulations of the competition by participant (including the unreliable information providing), Luck3 reserves the right to cancel the result.



9. In case of a situation, allowing varying interpretations of mentioned rules, any disputed issues and/or unsolved issues unsettled by these rules, Luck3 will make an irreversible decision. This decision is final and inappeasable.



10. Luck3 employees and their relatives cannot participate in this competition.



11. Luck3 can offer the winner to be involved to the Ferrari Laptop advertising trailer for its further use in the advertising purposes.
