General Terms and Rules

1. By registering to use the services covered by these Terms and Conditions or/and by playing at Luck3.com¹ (hereinafter each separately and all together collectively referred to as "Luck3.com" or "Site"), you are certifying that you are 18 years of age or older, and you represent and warrant that you have read, fully understand and agree to be bound by and to comply with these "Terms and Conditions." If you do not wish to accept the following terms and conditions, you must not register and open an account and you will be unable to access the software and the gaming services offered in conjunction therewith.
2. Product information, registration on the site, use of any services offered and all and any bets accepted by the Luck3.com are subject to these "Terms and Conditions".
3. Luck3 reserves the right to amend these "Terms and Conditions" at any time without prior notification. Such amendments shall become effective and in force immediately upon being posted in this "Terms and Conditions" section of the Luck3.com web site. It is your responsibility to review the "Terms and Conditions" on a regular basis. Your continued use of the Site after a change or update has been made to "Terms and Conditions" will constitute your acceptance of such change or update.
4. These "Terms and Conditions" represent the complete, final and exclusive agreement between you and Luck3 and supersede and merge all prior agreements, representations and understandings between you and Luck3. You confirm that, in agreeing to accept these Terms and Conditions, you have not relied on any representation save insofar as the same has expressly been made a representation in these Terms and Conditions.
5. In case of contradiction between a provision of this Agreement and any provision on the Luck3.com web site, the provision of this Agreement shall prevail.

Participation

1. In order to participate in and/or use the services, activities and games of Luck3 (further in the text referred to as "to Play") you must be a resident of a jurisdiction where such participation is legal and not prohibited. Play is void wherever prohibited by law.
2. You are solely responsible for checking the laws regarding the use of the internet gaming in the jurisdiction in which you are located to ensure that your registration with Luck3 is legal.
3. Play at Luck3 is prohibited to individuals who have not reached the legal age of majority as determined in the jurisdiction in which the individual resides. You cannot play under any circumstances if you are not at least 18 (eighteen) years of age.
4. Play is meant solely for purpose of your own personal entertainment. Any commercial use of Luck3 is strictly forbidden. Any Play is at your sole choice, discretion and risk and by Playing you acknowledge that you do not find the Play or the Luck3 to be offensive, objectionable, unfair or indecent. No purchase is necessary or required to Play in Play-for-Fun mode and you may participate without betting money if you wish.

Accounts, conditions of use and termination

1. As a condition of your use of the Luck3.com web-site, you will not use the site for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by the terms, conditions, and notices included in these Terms and Conditions. You may not use the Luck3 web-site, services and activities in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair any Luck3 server, or the network(s) connected to any such server, or interfere with any other party’s use and enjoyment of any activities. You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any activities, services, other accounts, computer systems or networks connected to any Luck3 server or to any of the services, through hacking, password mining or any other means. You may not obtain or attempt to obtain any materials or information through any means not intentionally made available through the Luck3 web-site. You may not reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble any software, including any proprietary communications protocol used by such software.
2. Luck3 reserves the right to cancel your account for any reason whatsoever at any time without notice to you. Any balance in your account at the time of such cancellation will be refunded to you using a method of payment as determined by Luck3. However, Luck3 reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to void any winnings and forfeit any balance in your Luck3 account or any other winnings or entitlements you might otherwise have or have had from your Luck3 account and your use of Luck3 services or/and Play:
   • If you are not of the legal age of majority as determined by the jurisdiction in which you reside;
   • If you reside in a jurisdiction where casino play is prohibited by law;
   • If you provide incorrect or misleading registration information;
   • If you partake in fraudulent, inappropriate, offensive behavior against Luck3 or any other Luck3 player.
   • If you have "charged back", disputed or refused any payment(s) made with your credit card or other applicable payment method to your Luck3 account;
   • If you are found to be cheating, attempted to defraud Luck3, or if it is determined by Luck3 that you have employed or made use of a system (including machines, computers, software or other automated systems) designed specifically to either Play, or to track the actions of other players, or to compromise the normal operation or to defeat the Luck3;
   • If you have more than one account at any one time at the Luck3;
   • If the name on your Luck3.com account does not match the name associated with the payment method used to make purchases on your Luck3.com account;
   • If you have pending withdrawal and start wagering while your withdrawal is pending;
   • If you have not played at Luck3 as an individual solely for the purpose of your own personal entertainment (that is, you have played in a professional sense or in concert with other player(s) as part of a club, group, etc.);
   • If you have allowed or permitted (intentionally or unintentionally, directly or indirectly) someone else to play on your Luck3 account and/or have disclosed your account details and password to a third party;
   • If you participate in a Luck3 promotion and cash-out or attempt to withdraw funds before fulfilling the requirements of that particular promotion. If you have abused bonus promotion.
   • If you do not log onto your Luck3.com account for a period of 180 days, any balance in your account may be forfeited to the Luck3.com.
   • If from your computer are registered other accounting records, we will be compelled to consider that you have on Luck3 more than one accounting record simultaneously.
   • If from your registered living address more than one accounting record, we will be compelled to consider that you have more than one account at any time at the Luck3.
3. You are solely responsible for keeping your account number and password secure and secret. You shall not allow any other person or third party including, without limitation, any minor, to use or reuse your Luck3 account, access and/or use any materials or information from the Luck3 Web site, accept any prize, or Play at the Luck3. You are solely responsible for any purchases and/or losses incurred by yourself or a third party on your Luck3 account.

Winnings

1. Prior to releasing any winnings to you, the Luck3 reserves the right to conduct a security review and to require that you to furnish to Luck3 with information such as proof of identity, copies of credit cards, a signed purchase history of your transactions or other appropriate documentation as Luck3, at its sole discretion, deems necessary. If you fail to comply with any security request, Luck3 reserves the right to void any winnings in your account.
2. If you have any dispute with regard to any outcome of Play, you must submit your complaint to Luck3 in writing within fourteen (14) days. In the event of a discrepancy between the result showing on your Luck3 software and Luck3' gaming server software, the result showing on Luck3's gaming server software shall be the official and governing result of the Play.

Win Limits

1. The following are the maximum winnings, in Euro or equivalent amount in other currencies, which may be won online per day by an individual::
   — 100,000 for Casino games;
   — 100,000 for fixed- odds Games.
   
2. These winnings are exclusive of stake and this should be considered when staking your bet. Where selections taken from different categories are combined in multiple or accumulative bets the lowest maximum winnings limit will apply.
3. Luck3 reserves the right to reduce or change win limits without notice.
4. Luck3 reserves the right to cancel any winnings inadvertently provided by our system which exceed these limits.

Bonus Money

1. Bonus money is the virtual money given to casino customers for promotional purposes. The customers cannot withdraw such money right after they have been given it. Depending on the type of bonus, different bonus money processing rules may apply.
2. Bonus money can be converted to real money and then withdrawn after a customer fulfills the requirements of the particular promotions.
3. Only one No Deposit bonus can be used per person, family, household, address, e-mail address, any environment where computers are shared (schools, workplaces, public libraries, etc) and/or per account.
4. Customers from Poland and Turkey are not eligible to participate in the No Deposit bonus promotions.
5. Maximum withdrawal amount for no-deposit winnings corresponds to the conditions of the specific offer. Customer has to withdraw his no-deposit winnings in order to remove restrictions from his account. All further winnings will be also considered as no-deposit winnings until the no-deposit winnings are withdrawn from customers account.

Other Service Provisions

1. Luck3 reserves the right, at its sole discretion and without notice to you, to modify existing software, activities or/and services, add new activities, services or games to Luck3 or to discontinue any service, activity or game of Luck3 at any time. Luck3 shall not be liable to you as a result of any such action.
2. Luck3 shall not be required to maintain user names or passwords if you misplace, forget or lose these data, or are otherwise unable to enter Luck3 because of anything other than Luck3's error.
3. Luck3 shall not be liable for computer malfunctions nor attempts by you to Play by methods, means or ways not intended by Luck3.
4. You shall be solely responsible and agree to pay all fees your incur, as well as to report and pay all applicable taxes as required by the applicable governing law while using any services of Luck3.

1. If you are found to be cheating or attempting to defraud the Luck3, or if you make untrue and/or malicious comments with regard to Luck3 operation, the Luck3 reserves the right to publicize your actions together with your identity, as well as to circulate this information without limitation, including, but not limited to, your e-mail address to external organizations including, but not limited to, casinos, banks, credit card companies, and appropriate agencies.
2. If, whilst playing at Luck3, you win a sum of money or any other prize regarded by the Luck3 as worthy of publicity, you agree to make yourself available for any event of such a nature arranged by Luck3. Luck3 will do its utmost to protect your privacy at all times.

Anti-Money Laundering Policy

1. You agree that no joint venture, partnership, employment, or agency relationship exists between you and Luck3 (or its licensors) arising from this agreement or your use of the Site, services, Play and/or software of Luck3.
2. If this Terms and Conditions are translated into another language, the English version will prevail.
3. If any part of these Terms and Conditions is determined to be invalid or unenforceable pursuant to applicable law including, but not limited to, the warranty disclaimers and liability limitations set forth above, then the invalid or unenforceable provision will be deemed superseded by a valid, enforceable provision that most closely matches the intent of the original provision and the remainder of these Terms and Conditions shall continue in effect.
4. Luck3 reserves the right to claim compensation for any loss resulting from your non-compliance with any obligations contained in these Terms and Conditions.
5. Luck3’s failure to enforce at any time any of the provisions of these Terms and Conditions shall in no way be construed to be a present or future waiver of such provisions, nor in any way affect the right of any party to enforce each and every such provision thereafter.
6. Notwithstanding anything else in this agreement, no default, delay or failure to perform on the part of Luck3 shall be considered a breach of this agreement if such default, delay or failure to perform is shown to be due to causes beyond the reasonable control of Luck3.
